Our pricing varies on each unique event. Some clients want our team to handle every aspect, while others only need bar equipment and bartenders. The guidelines below provide an estimate, but can vary based on your event or party. The best way to get accurate pricing, is to request a quote.
Pricing Guidelines For Holiday Bartending, Mobile Bars and Beverage Catering
- Bartending – $275 per bartender for 5 hours of service
- Mobile Bar with All Bar Equipment and Festive Decor for 50 guests or fewer – $150
- Mobile Bar with All Bar Equipment and Festive Decor for 51 – 100 guests – $250
- Coffee Bar for 25 – 75 Guests – $200 (Equipment and Decor only)
- Hot Chocolate Bar for 25 – 75 Guests – $200 (Equipment and Decor only)
- Average Price Per Person For Alcohol – $7 – $15 per person (depending on your custom preferences)
